Delivering Future Family Memories

The Olive Branch Development name was based on the dove returning an olive leaf to Noah signifying that land was now available (Gen 8:1-22). God made a promise to Noah at this time that the world is now available and is ours to live and prosper within. We have been practicing urban planning for over twenty-five years now with a passion to seek land and make it available for families to build for their next generation and to create new memories for decades to come.

We've guided projects from raw acreage to thriving residential subdivisions and large rural tract communities — always with an eye toward long-term value and community impact.

Our name isn't just a brand. The olive branch is a symbol of peace, growth, and new beginnings — values that guide every project we take on.
